Quality Control & Inspection

We follow a rigorous inspection process throughout production to ensure consistent quality. 

Every valve component undergoes dimensional and visual inspection before dispatch, using calibrated measuring instruments and maintaining complete traceability.

  • Dimensional and visual inspection before dispatch.
  • Use of calibrated measuring instruments ( Vernier, Micrometer, suface roughness tester, Hardness Tester, etc.).
  • Stage-wise inspection Raw material, In-process, and Final Inspection.
  • Non-conformance handling through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • 3.2 MTC certification order execution.(stage wise witness)
  • Use of Certified Raw materials with Mill test certificates
  • Quality Supplier and Regular Supplier evaluation
  • In-house or third party Material testing (chemical, Mechanical, NDT-UT,MP,LPT,RT,PMI)
  • Proper Heat treatment (As per API 6D) and Machining Process monitored under controlled conditions through outsourced.
  • We have experience in execution special order of MDL(Navy),Ion Exchange, ADNOC, NPCIL CQAE, DGQA,TUV, RELIANCE, RUSTOM, IR-CLASS, etc.
